so if your done with watching people walking on glass in China and some other countries, and if want Too get feel of it or you want to do something thrilling then this trek is for you guys .you just have walk on bamboo and bamboo only nothing else not a single bridge is made of iron or anything else just bamboo and bamboo Which can make you scare but this place is beautiful as well ,now 3 basic thing you want to know
1-how to reach =so you can reach Meghalaya or Guwahati By train or flight ✈️ , from Meghalaya Shillong it’s just 60 km journey will be beautiful as roads are just surrounded by beautiful nature ,from Guwahati approx 150km
2- is it difficult =not difficult but not easy also . Keep time in your hand and start the trek as early possible to enjoy the most and their will b a guide with u with no extra cost , you just have to pay 50 rupees per head for entry
On these roads you will get a chance to ride a bike and click some beautiful pictures so the journey is also beautiful to wahkhen village where the Mawryngkhang Trek starts
For first 20 minutes you have to walk on stairs but once after you reach the river the bamboo bridge will appear and you have walk those bridge carefully .i uploaded some of the pictures .
