Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in the selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar or higher category hotel.
Above cost is based on the no. of passengers travelling together.
This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for the given number of passengers; any increase or decrease in the total number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours.
Goods & Service Tax 5% is excluded against the total cost of the booking.
We are not responsible for any visa rejection and is only up to the discretion of the respective Embassy/High Commission
All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising thereunder shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
Final hand over (hotel vouchers/air tickets/passports etc.) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment.
Mode of payment can be any - credit card, cash, cheque, bank deposit, online transfer.
If the travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in cash, RTGS/NEFT or credit card only.
Package once confirmed, the cancellation policy will be applicable.
The token booking deposit is non-refundable. 30 days or more before the departure: booking deposit and actual (Visa Fees, Air ticket/hotels/cruise cancellation charges)
Between 29 to 15 days before the departure: 50% of the holiday cost
Between 14 to 07 days before the departure: 75% of the holiday cost
Between 06 days till the date of departure: 100% of the holiday cost
In case of no show: 100% of the holiday cost
