Airfares are not included in the given package rate until and unless specifically stated on the package.

Any expenses incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities(landslide, floods) Flight delay/rescheduling/cancellation, any accidents/medical evacuations, strikes etc.

50% of the total package cost should be paid at the time of booking. Full payment 14 days prior to the journey.

Porterage is not included; the traveller should take full responsibility for their luggage. Nava Hospitality and Leisure Pvt. Ltd. bears no responsibility for lost luggage or personal belongings.
