Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events

Surcharge may be levied rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking

Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package

Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination

Please note, if an airline cancels flight/reschedule due to any circumstance, 360trip shall not be responsible for any changes in package

Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am

In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category

Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy

Early check-in or a late check-out is always subject to availability and depend on the hotel only

Please note that day at leisure means that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day

Please be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. As most countries are quite strict about following a schedule

In case you miss any transfer due to some reason then transfer needs to be arranged yourself

All the travel documents - air tickets, visa and hotel + land arrangements will be confirmed and handed over to you minimum 3-4 working days before the departure

Prior to 45 days or more = Non-refundable deposit of INR 20,000 pp

45-31 days to departure = Non-refundable deposit of INR 40,000 pp

30-16 days to departure = 50% of holiday cost

15 - 8 days to departure = 75% of holiday cost

7 days to departure = 100% of the holiday Cost
