Any further increase in airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.

34 days to 15 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost will be charged
14 days to 3 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged
8 days to 3 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged
