All international holiday packages are priced on an estimated rate of exchange (RoE). The customer will be charged the RoE as per the date of payment of the holiday package.

Any change in airline fare, visa fees and taxes could result in change of the final holiday package cost.

Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel.

Airfare, hotels and cruise cabins included in the itinerary are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

The availability of the hotel/ cruise/ flight will be re-checked at the time of approval. If the given hotels/ cruise / flights are not available. In this case, similar items of the related category will be provided.

The itinerary given in the quotation is a tentative one. The exact course will be offered at the destination.

PAN card copies are required in case of cash payments of INR 50,000 or above per booking.

The booking is deemed cancelled if full payment is not received in less than 35 days prior to departure.

Scanned passport copies (first and last page) must be shared in order to hold/book the flights. Any increase in flight fares due to delay in sharing of the passports copies need to be borne by the customer.

Above payment policy is subject to change during peak seasons or as per hotel cancellation policy.

Booking made 40 days or more before departure: 20% of land package amount should be paid

Booking made 39 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the package cost should be paid

Booking made 29 days or less before departure: 100% of the package cost should be paid

If you cancel your holiday up to 40 days: 10% of land package cost will be charges

If you cancel your holiday 39 - 31 days: 30% of the package cost will be charged

If you cancel your holiday less than 31 days: 100% of the package cost will be charged
