Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking.

Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)

# Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire

# The initial booking amount will be forfeited. In case you have paid 100% of the package cost as the initial booking amount or first payment . The balance amount after deducting the cost of the non-refundable services, will be refunded to you.

#The name for Flight Booking form should be same as their in Passport we will not bear any liability for any name change fee , ages etc .

# In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category

# Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy

#Cruise to Islands is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case the sailing does not take place. However, we will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of Cruise.
