The validity of Passport: To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from the expected date of return.

Visa Information: Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective embassy/consulate.

Flight Information: We would recommend checking the status/schedule of your flight 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.

Please note: When entering the names of the passengers during the booking process, make sure that they match exactly the names on the travel documents (for example, the passport) that you will take for the trip.

Please note that once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.

Expect to receive your Hotel Vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of the cost of your package).

Please note that these packages are customizable, which means you can make changes to the itinerary/activity if you wish. The final payment will be calculated according to selections.

Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., are not included in the package cost and to be paid by the client directly.

In case of cancellation due to some natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. Holidays by Chime will try to provide you with the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our business partners/suppliers.

If payment is not made according to the schedule provided in the reservation confirmation email, Holidays by CHIME reserves the right to cancel the reservation after attempting to contact you.

Refunds will be made according to the package cancellation policy.

The standard check-in time at the hotel is normally at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or a late check-out is based solely on the discretion of the hotel.

In case the selected hotel is not available to book, an alternative agreement will be offered to the client in another hotel of a similar category.

Certain hotels abroad may request a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to hotel policy.

Keep in mind that 'Day at Leisure' essentially implies that no tourist activities have been included for that day.

Arrive on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.

If the package is cancelled 60 days before the travel date, 0% cancellation fee will be applicable.

If the package is cancelled 45 days to 59 days before the travel date, 30% cancellation fee will be applicable.

If the package is cancelled 30 days to 44 days before the travel date, 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.

If the package is cancelled 15 days to 29 days before the travel date, 75% cancellation fee will be applicable.

If the package is cancelled 0 days to 14 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
