The usual check-in time at hotels is 15:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability of rooms unless pre-paid and booked in advance

Hotel/Resort rooms are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking. In case rooms are not available in the mentioned hotels, we will provide you with alternate hotels of similar category

Final vouchers can only be issued once the Smart Holiday Shop has received full payment.

The hotel allows a maximum of one extra bed in a room.

The passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel.

Providing wrong passenger age may incur penalty at a later stage.

Full payment is required before the departure.

Cancellation made any time after booking: INR 5000 will be charged per person for hotel/resort/land package as an assistance and consultancy fee plus hotel/resort/land package cancellation charges and 1000 INR will be charged per person for airlines cancellation as a service fee plus airlines cancellation charges.

Cancellations before 45 days before the date of arrival: 30 % of the total invoice amount will be charged

Cancellations before 30 days before the date of arrival: 50 % of the total invoice amount will be charged

Cancellations before 16 days before the date of arrival: 85% of the total invoice amount will be charged

Cancellation within 10 days before the date of arrival: 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged

All 'no-show' bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total invoice amount.
