Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior in the hotel lobby for sightseeing & transfer.

Package cost is subject to availability, it can fluctuate anytime depending upon currency and airfare fluctuation.

Check in time will be 14 hours and check-out time will be 11 hours.

Advance payment In order to process the booking, we would need 25% of the total amount which you can pay through our payment options. For flight booking we need full payment.

Booking confirmation amount after getting the availability from the hotel or transport etc you will be informed via email or phone, and then you need to make the 25% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through net banking, bank transfers or cheque in our bank. If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.

Full balance payment remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail or phone call.

Invoice and vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual travel.

Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service.

When you make a booking, kindly view terms and conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, refund with booking terms and conditions.

Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilised or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and the fee is nonrefundable as per the strict guidelines of the Embassy.

Normally once you cancel your booking from any other agency they charge so many hidden charges from customers. But we only charge a flat rate of INR 5000 only per person along with the actual charges charged by particular airline, hotel or any other service provider.

For air ticket, it may take between 30-45 working days and for the hotels it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account.
