We require 25% of the payment to process the land booking and the full amount to book flights, ferry and Eurail tickets.
Full advance payments will be required for hotels and tours. These payments are non-refundable.
Extra 2.84% will be charged if the mode of payment is credit card and debit card. Extra 3.84% will be charged on Amex.
Once the booking is processed, no amendments will be made, in any case.
If there are customisation or amendments after the booking, then the guest will have to bear the cost of the same.
In cruise, gratuity fees are excluded from the package. This cost has to be paid by the guest directly at the cruise counter.
The expense of visa has to be borne by the guests. Flip Trip Holidays will not take care of any charges.
Passport should be valid for 6 months from the travel date.
All the claim settlements related to travel insurance is between the guest and the insurance company. Flip Trip holidays does not hold any liability concerning the same.
Pan card is mandatory for all pax who are travelling. Should be share at the time of booking.
Visa approval/rejection is completely the discretion of the embassy. Flip trip holidays do not have any liability.
International hotels require security deposits and city taxes, which are given by the guests upon arrival at the time of check-in.
Hotel amenities are part of the hotel.
Flip Trip Holidays follow the non-refundable cancellation policy.
Cancellation charge are INR 5000 per person.
