Hi Asad,
Other than Shimla and Manali, Tirthan Valley is less explored. Jibhi, Jalori, Barshaini so many places. The other side of Bir and Dharmshala is great place too, you can go up towards Kangra Valley and Dalhousie too.

UpvoteCommentTriund is overnight stay trek but we did half trek till Magical view and its worth, very much doable
Kasauli is beautiful and peaceful than Shimla, less crowded too. Tirthan Valley, Jibhi, Bir other places that can be covered.
