Hey Akash, As you will reach Manali bus stand there will be number of persons who will ask you for the hotels. They will show you no of hotels ranging from Rs300-1000 near Mall road (main area of Manali). Or you can prebook with MMT or OYO.

There are alots of budget hotels at mall road Manali which you will have to negotiate.
just reach at mall road.
visit the hotels nearby check the rooms and if you like the room negotiate the rates usually a budget hotel room will cost 500-1500/- INR.

Backpacker's Panda will be a good option because they have 350 Rs per bed and with amazing view , wifi and awesome travellers around you will be a good experience overall
