Hey Laxmi, The best way to explore Bandipur national park is going on a safari ... there are three types of safari :- jeep safari - 6 to 9 in the morni g and 4 to 6 in the evening ... elephant safari - 10 to 11 in the morning .. Bus safari - 6.30 to 9.30 and 3.30 to 5.30 ... After 6 u r not allowed to take any safari or treks also ... These three are best ways ... If you have time you can also stay in the park as it has many resorts ... The way to travel from Mysore to Bandipur us through bus ... 80 Kms is the distance between two places and bus plies through nanjangud and Gundlupet before it reaches park ... many buses oky so no need to worry about ore booking tickets ... You can easily find public transport
Bandipur national park iternary is quite simple. It’s just you take a bus from Mysore. Busss will be there in Mysore bus stand. It takes hardly one hour to reach there. Enjoy there for one day and later return in evening on same bus

Hi Laxmi, You can easily reach Bandipur from Mysore as lot of buses are available. also you can take bus from Gundlupet. But reach early in the Morning to enjoy the beauty of nature and wildlife
