Hi, you can either travel to Chandigarh from Delhi and from Chandigarh catch a bus to Barot or you can travel to Mandi from Delhi and catch bus to Barot from there. I think Mandi option would be more suitable as you will reach Mandi in the morning once you leave at night from Delhi. But if you leave Delhi at night you will be in Chandigarh at the middle of the night and there wont be many options available
