Can we travel on a boat or ship from Vietnam to Philippines? From where can we board and how much will it cost?

If you wants a boat, its all cargo vessels: oocl, evergreen, maersk, apl. Unless a cruise liner makes a stop, it will still be expensive and takes too long. Other than that, fly. happy travelling
