Even during winter, especially mid December, will there be bus service from Dehradun to mussoorie? And during mid December, hotels are open in mussoorie?

Yes. They run through out the year. And as per the hotels, they are open through out the year as well :) Hope this helps

Hey Aseem, Yes, Hotels and Buses run 12 months of the year in Mussourie. Even at this time you will get everything more peaceful and less crowded. You might get snowfall. And rates of hotels will be also low in winters. Hope this would help you.
