Hey Abhishek, The best way to get confirmed would be to call the bir billing adventure camp and ask them if the para gliding is still on.... Safe Travelling and Happy Adventure!!!

It's better to make a call and ask the locals of Bir. You don't want to get stuck there.

Hi Abhishek, The major affected areas due to recent floods in Himachal are Chamba, Kullu and Mandi. Kangra (Bir) is still safe as compared to other hill retreats Manali, Shimla, Mandi, Chamba. Though the weather today (25th Sept) is clear and sunny (as per locals), I will suggest you to confirm once with the hotel/homestay where you will be staying in Bir. Also, it is advisable to avoid travelling to any destination in Himachal, Uttarakhand and J&K for atleast a week. Stay safe and happy travelling!
