Hello, I am travelling to India to Singapore (with Singapore visa) then Singapore to Bali and bali to Mumbai...in July..can i come to mumbai from bali or should i return from Singapore as i took Singapore visa..first..

You can directly from Bali to Mumbai. There is no bearing of Singapore Visa.

U will be going to Bali by getting exit stamping from Singapore immigration....and when u reach Bali you will get Visa on arrival....so from Bali u can come directly to Mumbai ..no need to go to Singapore again..

Yes, you can travel from Bali to Mumbai directly without needing to return via Singapore, as your Singapore visa is only required for your stay in Singapore. Your return route does not have to be the same as your outbound route I use matrix esim for travel
