One week for all the things mentioned above would be very hectic. Reaching Arunachal from Guwahati or Meghalaya takes more than a day. I suggest stick to one state, either go for Sikkim- Darjeeling, Assam-Meghalaya or Arunachal Pradesh separately.

Start your journey by first visiting Sikkim... and then travel east to your rest places... it'll be a smooth transition

As per me you can visit only Meghalaya in one week if you want to enjoy your trip. there are lits of places to travel in Meghalaya.
