Hello, Is there any good local guide for hemis national park(Ladakh) who can take two of us for a snow leopard photography trip. Planning to visit in late October 2020. We are not looking for any travel agency, they are quite expensive.Please help us out.

You can try approaching the travel agencies once, and you might get the contact of the relevant team through them.

Check the park location on Insta and see if any guide have posted any photo related to that tag, from there you can directly contact them. I've found many like this.
