Hi Tania, Meghalaya is a beautiful hill Station in North East India. The best time to visit Meghalaya is during the months of October to April. During this time, Meghalaya has moderate and dry climate. You can also go there during monsoons, if you want to see waterfalls.

Weather is great during these months but like Himanshu mentioned if you aim to see the falls in their full glory, monsoon it is
