Hey Sweccha, The best for Scuba diving would be in Havelock islands near jetty ... Go thru aqua nomads ... I have done with them only .. it's all cool and even I don't swim ... and also I hope you have sorted out your stay issues in Andamans as i knwo that you have plans for Andaman from long period now ....!?
