Hi, is Covid negative report mandatory on Maharashtra border? I am planning for a road trip from Delhi to Goa and back. The time would be end of December.

Yes, anyone coming into Maharashtra from Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa should have a negative Covid report.
