Hi, In Maldives there's nothing much to do. Hotels will try to sell your tours of Male City which is not worth at all. You can choose scuba diving or sunset cruise but those are pretty costly at the resorts .
As you are on your honeymoon you can go for underwater restaurant @hurawalhi resort ( Its pretty expensive but amazing one of a kind experience. )
