Hey Nikita, After writing a part of the blog upload the pictures that you want to upload then continue your blog and by the same way stop the writing and upload the pictures wherever you want to set the pictures. Happy blogging!!!!!

There is an attachment option, you have to click on that one to attach photos and videos.

When you write a blog, there is an option to add photos. Add photos and continue to write. It'll appear in the same order as you upload. Happy Blogging.
