You cannot complete entire North-East in just seven days. So if you want to enjoy some part of North-East, it is possible. Assam and Meghalaya would be two sisters of the North-East region you can aim for. If you want to add Nagaland and Gangtok, in that case you need to add more days to your itinerary.
