I have been to Jaipur several times and done all the touristy things. Are there any local tips - of places that I must visit, food I must have, or any traditional performances that I must watch.

Must visit the Wind view Cafe right opposite Hawa Mahal. It is like travelling back in time for evening tea with history. Absolutely amazing. :)

I haven't been to Jaipur. But if you ever go to Jaisalmer, make sure you find Mr. Dapu Khan. He'll be performing next to the Queens Mahal of the Jaisalmer Fort. He is simply amazing.
