Bhutan is the best for the romantic getaway. you can go with trip advisor or mmt as it's better if you are doing it on your own it would be difficult for you there are many packages in different websites you can check on to that.

My suggestion is to plan it yourself. you can also customize based on your interest area of visit trip, also ask quote from travel triangle, tripoto, trip advisor and then shortlist the one which suits you

I would definitely recommend Maldives for Honeymoon. Although mine was not honeymoon but I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Maldives. Me and my family visited Maldives in the month of April. We stayed total 4 nights there. 2 nights in Holiday Inn Kandooma and 2 nights in Over water villa of Adaaran select Hudhuranfushi. Total cost of the trip was less than 50K per person. If u plan to go outside India, and if your budget is below 1.5k, you can go to jeju island. it is very safe and has beautiful sceneries to view. June to Nov is the best time to visit
