well I think the credits are given based on the content and the quality of the pictures ,this is what I assume either the criteria is not met ... I am sure you might have received an email from Tripto giving the reasons .
Credits are generally based on quality of content and few other factors but since you cannot see 0 trips published, you should reach out the Tripoto admins.
Yes happens often keep writing to them, or use the chat messenger in tripoto too quick redressal is expected there last week my 50 points were lost without any flaw then 30 added again...

as per their rules after the verification they will gives you upto 100 credits based on content & quality of the trip/blog,,
it usually takes 2-3 days
