Hello Tanmay, There is indeed a toll plaza between Pune and Mahabaleshwar. You have to pay a toll circa 110 rupees.
You can also check out this toll free route:
http://www.tollfreeroads.com/routes/pune-maharashtra-to-mahabaleshwar-maharashtra.php

Hi Tanmoy, Normal Toll for car is Rs. 115 i dont think it is applicable for bikes. Good day!
