Yes as per latest guidelines, Fully vaccination and RT-PCR negative certificate is required. Arogy Setu app has be downloaded.

If you are travelling by train COVID test is a must while you enter Goa. If your travel is by air a negative report should be carried in hand. If you are travelling by road it's the same above. Besides your phone should have Aarogya sethu app showing your fully vaccinated certificate. Have a safe journey.

Yes they cheque vaccination certificate of both the doses n rtpcr negative report on arrival
