I was in Bangkok/Pattaya in August 2018....luckily we got good weather throughout our one week stay in Thailand except for a heavy shower on our last evening in Bangkok..so weather is unpredictable in August. There is no off season in Thailand anymore...Being August, we thought there would be less tourists and nightlife would be a little dead... but to our surprise, it was as buzzing and crowded with tourists as the other times of the year....
