Is pondicherry, kodaikanal and munnar a good option for July?? i hve seen that pondicherry is hot and humid in july..is it true or in july it rains and prevails a pleasant weather?

Munnar will be best option for July. As at that time, most of the waterfalls look live and stunning. You will also get clouds everywhere.
