Kedarnath is cold for the most part of the year and roads are closed. May to June and September to October are the best time to visit Kedarnath.

I don't think the roads and ways are open to trek, the Kapats (doors) of the temple gets open by April or may.
so, this isn't the time to travel there.

Brother right now rainy season is starting so it is not the good time to go there
