Kasol and Goa both are brilliant... You cancer compare the two. However being a hippie I prefer Kasol.

Goa is boring. Drunk, stoned people everywhere. Everyone comes in for the lower alcohol rate. Have visited it like almost every year as my village is just 2 hours away from it.
