Kerala or Shillong, better place for 7 days trip???

These two places are full of Beauties,full of adventure and full of Landscape.Both the places have their own beauties and importance.You must visit both the places.But right now as I think Shillong is the best option to visit because it's the advent(coming) of summer and the wheather is still quite pleasant.You can capture some great beauties there and visit some great waterfalls like Nohkalikai Fall , Exquisite Lakes, Museum and Mountain Views.

I would prefer kerala. It's wide and deep and has various topography to offer.

There is nothing much to see in Shillong for 7 days. You can go to Kerala for 7 days - you will get to see Mountains, Ta garden , wild life santuary and backwaters !!!

If you love mountains , want to experience the the culture of Butia, Lepchas or limbus tribes then go to sikkim, explore the monasteries there But if you love coastal areas more go to kerala! depends on ur priority !! Both the places are good at their part !
