Rajasthan is good for a trip in the winters. From Bhopal you could go upto Jaipur or Udaipur... Enroute Jaipur you can visit the Bundi Fort, Menaal falls, Ranthambore (if wildlife interests you). The other option is to go on to Udaipur, via Chittorgarh. You can visit the Jaisamand Lake resort as well.
