I visited during my all India ride as eastern most extreme point Kibithoo. Note+ The border district sharing two international borders like China and Myanmar so check detail administrative formalities before planning. 1- RT PCR negative certificate is not mandatory to enter Kerala for passengers who have taken both the vaccination shots. Passengers have to carry the vaccinated proof while travelling. For More details can visit below link

As of now no restrictions.I came back last week from these places.You just take precautions for your self like as use of mask ,frequent use of sanitizer.Keep at least 2days for each place.Add coonnoor in your list becoz this is situated 20kilometer away from Ooty .

To enter Karnataka via Own Vehicle especially MH registration, they might ask Covid rtpcr test. Sometimes it's not that strict. For Ooty Epass is required with two dose vaccine certificate
