No, in 1 month entire north ease is impossible. I have visited certain part of Arunachal pradesh like Tawang side, Pasighat, Ziro, Itanagar (only a very very little pat of Arunachal) and it takes 15 days. Now you can imagine.

There are lot of hotels ranging from INR 1000 - 2000 Per night near and around Darbar sahib. You can book them before reaching as they are at the walking distance from Darbar sahib and market.

You could also go for Cheena Peak Trek from Pangot. It's a beautiful trek through untouched forests. You'll find many bird species here

I would actually prefer hotel Ashwin resort ,I personally stayed there , service and rooms are nice ,they have a pool and game area too and famous dams and falls are very near to this . You can also try rainforest resort which is isolated in a hilly area and is considered most luxurious one at Igatpuri . You may head to my trip of Igatpuri ,I have added hotel ashwin's pictures there
