You can go anytime in himachal. if you are fond of snow then go in between October to February months and if you are not like snow very much then February to July months are best i.e. spring and summer. you can visit himachal pradesh in any season except some upper Himalayas during winter.

Hi. Anytime from now to June end is a great time to explore Himachal. Pleasant climate, great views all around. October to March is a great period as well! I myself am planning to go to either Kasol or Bir Billing in May :)
