August is a rainy season and Spiti features some of the dangerous roads which could get slippery and landslides are often enroute the Spiti valley. Would suggest to avoid them atleast.

Meghalaya is so green and waterfalls are gushing in June. Weather could be humid and tourist surge could be there. Due to rains you might face road blocks but this is also the time Meghalaya looks most gorgeous. So decide accordingly.

You shouldn't be concerned about going to Goa in June because there are many spots to get out of the hot sun. Calangute Beach is one of them. It is referred to as the Queen of beaches and is one of Goa's largest beaches. For an exciting experience, there are water activities available at this beach.
