December is completely fine and one might encounter snow in Mussoorie and Nainital and it looks magical.
December in Mussoorie might cost you a bit more because of the Winter line festival, which is quite popular and huge crowd would be there.

U can go to kerla....but must have to plan ur days ...in 7 days u can visit 3 places like bekal..munnar amd alleppy.buy at every place you have to spend atleast 2 days to explore it fully.thare are lots of option even in karnatka that you can plan day wise and as per your return journey..like
1.gokarna 2.murudeshwar
3.bekal
4.munnar
6.alleppy.
7.kollam
they all are in sequence ..you can plan all of them aur some of them as per your starting and end journey..at that time natural beauty of these places is on peak

Singapore is best option as your its land area is very small around 700 sqkm...half of it coverred with forest so very easy to explore in very little time...only one airport...book your travel frm here only or u can jst visit any agent if u can...i will ask to you explore by yourself...safest place almost24*7 wrnkng...purely safe to go outside in any time...so i will prefer singpore...
