Both are Worth Visiting Places. In Fagu You can enjoy Natural Beauty only no Tourist Places but Chail has both Natural beauty nd Tourist places like Kali Ka Tibba, Chail Palace. In my View Chail is better

A couple of most affordable and experienced yoga schools in Rishikesh according to me are: Ekattva Yogshala: This yoga school in Rishikesh offers 5-days yoga retreats at an affordable price, which includes daily yoga classes, meditation sessions, pranayama. They also offer accommodation and vegetarian meals as part of the package. The program also includes spiritual ceremonies and visits to nearby spiritual sites. Well, I recently visited Ekattva yogshala and my experience with them was great. They run small batches and the teachers are amazing. Loved the accommodation too.

May is a beautiful month to visit Rishikesh as the weather is pleasant and comfortable for outdoor activities.
