Planning to visit a friend in Delhi in November, what are the quarentine rules right now? Also planning to go to amritsar by road from Delhi.

No quarantine rules as such if you are coming to Delhi. but while traveling to Amritsar you should get an e pass generated before your travel.

E pass would be required to travel.
