I have been to Bali & Thailand, among all the places which offers VOA . Both the places have it's own charm, beautiful & clean beaches & warm people. But if you considering to go in near future, I would suggest you opt for Thailand as you will save 2000Baht i.e approx Rs.4000. The VOA fees is waived off till 30th April to boost tourism.
