Hi Varun. October to May would be the best time to visit Sikkim. If you love snow and want to enjoy extreme winters, better to visit anytime between October to February. If you want to enjoy pleasent cold, better to visit anytime between March to May. Places to visit in Sikkim: 1. Gangtok
