I would have suggested places in Himachal Pradesh but due to very short winter and very less rainfall it's soo hot here in March only and it's going to create a water problem. So definitely do not go to higher hilly areas. Visit Dharamshala, Palampur, Bir Billing and Barot in Himachal Pradesh.
