Hi Digvijay, The road conditions for Kalpa and Chitkul are still not food due to recent heavy rainfall and landslides. I will not suggest you to plan a trip to high end areas in Himachal and Uttarakhand atleast for this weekend.
Though the weather is clear nowadays and conditions are under control, but still its good to avoid going here for now. Stay safe and happy travelling!
