Hi Shweta, Rishikesh is an amazing place to visit. However, Rafting and water sports are shut down. Seeing the cold, one would'nt want to get into the water. But, do go for Bungee Jumping in Rishikesh.

Do explore the beaches ahead of shivpuri in rishikesh. Though the construction of all weather road will hit you up with a bit of traffic.
